To access this area of the system the user will need either need the Supervisor Account or to have the Superuser and Allow System Maintenance Menu user permissions
Go to System Maintenance Sub Menu > Maintain Users
From the ‘Users’ Details screen, double click on the required User to access their ‘User Details’.
You can now make the required changes, to ‘Add’ information, follow the instructions in the ‘Add a New User’ section.
To ‘Remove’ any ‘Roles’ or ‘Rights’, click into the required ‘Role or Right’ to deselect and ‘Remove’ it from the Users details.
Select Save & Close when finished and the Users Details have been updated
